About
About us and Inca
We are located in a rural area of Montana where we have a small acreage that is home to my husband, myself and our German Shepherd Dogs, Inca and Nox. We settled here 28 years ago to raise our growing family along with numerous pets and 4-H project animals. Our youngest two children both did 4-H dog projects, one of which was a working line German Shepherd by the name of Loki Jai of Sapphire Mountain Shepherds. Our daughter now lives away from home with Loki who is 9 years old although he occasionally comes and stays with us while our daughter and her husband travel with the US Air Force.
Growing up, my family bred and raised German Shepherds until I was about 8 years old. Our lives then moved in a different direction and since then it has been my life's dream to get back to breeding them. Now that our children are grown and we are retired we are doing just that.
Our goal is to breed the best dogs possible!
In the fall of 2021 we acquired our first breeding prospect, a beautiful and lively black and tan blanket pattern, working line female, Inca Von Blumental. She came to us from Valley of the Flowers Kennel in Belgrade, Montana.
Inca comes from an impressive lineage of PSA dogs.
Her sire, Lanzo Van Arne's Hoeve, was the 2019 Vice Champion at the USMRA National Championship and the
2019 Team USA member for the FCI World Championship.
Inca also boasts the 2007 WUSV World Champion, Angsbacken's Rosso on her dam's side of the pedigree.
Inca enjoys scentwork having finished her first title (SIN) in 2024 in Jermome, ID.
She needs one qualifying search in each of two more elements to add two more titles to her name.
We invite you to check out her profile page to learn more about her.
